We didn't build ServiceTalent VA from a boardroom. We built it from lived experience — one founder on each side of the equation.

How ServiceTalent VA Came to Be

ServiceTalent VA was born from a frustration both founders knew firsthand. Ryan, a home-service business owner, was drowning in admin work — scheduling, follow-ups, customer calls — while trying to grow his business. Keith, a skilled VA based overseas, was doing great work but struggling to find quality clients who truly valued what a dedicated VA could do.

They saw the same problem from opposite sides of the desk: great clients who needed help, and skilled VAs who needed the right opportunity. The traditional hiring process was broken — expensive, slow, and full of mismatches.

So they built the solution themselves. ServiceTalent VA is a matching agency designed by people who have been in both seats. We don't just fill roles — we make lasting connections between home-service businesses and the VAs who genuinely fit their needs.

Ryan has run a home-service business and knows firsthand what it costs to wear every hat. After hiring a VA who transformed his operations, he made it his mission to help other business owners find the same leverage — without the trial and error he went through.

Keith

Co-Founder — Virtual Assistant

Keith is a Virtual Assistant who has worked with business owners across North America. Having navigated the challenges of finding quality clients and building trust remotely, she brings the VA perspective to every match ServiceTalent VA makes — ensuring VAs are set up to succeed from day one.
