Welcome to ServiceTalent VA. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Our Services

ServiceTalent VA is a VA matching agency that connects home-service business owners with skilled Virtual Assistants. We facilitate introductions and placements but do not employ VAs directly. The working relationship is established between the client and the VA.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business (if applicable)
• The information you provide to us is accurate and complete

3. Client Responsibilities

As a business owner using our matching services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business and VA requirements during the discovery process
• Treat all introduced VAs with professionalism and respect
• Honor agreed-upon compensation terms with your matched VA
• Not solicit or hire VAs introduced through ServiceTalent VA outside of our platform without prior agreement

4. VA Applicant Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant applying through our platform, you agree to:

• Provide honest and accurate information about your skills, experience, and availability
• Maintain professional standards when introduced to potential clients
• Honor commitments made to matched clients
• Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns with a placement

5. Fees and Payment

ServiceTalent VA may charge placement fees or service fees as outlined in individual agreements. Specific fee structures will be communicated and agreed upon before any placement is made. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. No Employment Relationship

ServiceTalent VA acts as an intermediary only. We do not employ, supervise, or control the VAs in our network. Any working relationship formed between a client and a VA is independent of ServiceTalent VA. We are not responsible for the performance, conduct, or actions of either party after a placement is made.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceTalent VA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from any placement made through our platform. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid to us in connection with the relevant transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ServiceTalent VA and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Saskatchewan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
